I have had a goal to do five consecutive pull-ups for some time, but
I wasn’t making any progress on my own. I’ve been a weigh loss coach for over 17 years but fitness is not my expertise. I tried some online “one size fits all” pull-up programs but they didn’t work for me. I have been following Tess for several years and finally thought to get on her waiting list last year—when I finally reached out, I realized she was a lot more affordable than I thought she would be. I can now do six consecutive chin-ups, a couple pull-ups, and am on my way to my goal of five consecutive pull-ups.
I have learned to love weightlifting, which I never embraced in the past, and she makes me feel like such a badass with the exercises I’m now able to do. I workout at home with limited equipment, and
